Tomorrow Kid (OceanTree) is an educational app for children used with parental supervision and consent. No account is required to play; progress stays on the device. By using the app, parents and guardians accept OceanTree’s Terms of Service on behalf of their children.

In the app, open Settings (after the parent math gate) → Legal → Terms of Service for the same document linked from the paywall. Acceptable use, intellectual property, App Store terms, and safety commitments live in that full text.
