How Report a Problem lets parents flag bugs and content calmly
A parent guide to Tomorrow Kid’s Report a Problem—Settings and exercise-list entry points, reason categories, description + up to 5 screenshots, and optional contact email.
What Report a Problem is for
Tomorrow Kid gives parents a calm, in-app path to flag bugs, incorrect content, inappropriate content, or suggestions—without hunting for an external support form.
You can open Report a Problem from Settings (after the same parent math gate used for Sound, Language, and Storage), or choose Report a problem from contextual menus on Learn & Play exercise lists when something about a specific pack feels off. Both open the same report sheet: pick a reason, describe what happened, optionally attach screenshots, and leave a contact email only if you want a follow-up.
How to send a report
- Open Settings (parent math gate first), then tap Report a Problem—or, on an exercise list, open the menu and choose Report a problem so the report is tied to that item
- In What's wrong?, pick a reason: Bug / Something broke, Incorrect content, Inappropriate content, Suggestion, or Other
- Add an optional subject, then write a required description of what you saw or what you wish were different
- Optionally attach up to 5 screenshots from Photos (helpful for UI glitches or wrong answers)
- Optionally leave a contact email if you want the team to follow up
- Tap Submit Report—you’ll see a success state when it lands; try again if the network fails
App-wide reports from Settings leave the item fields empty. Contextual reports include the exercise so the team can find the right pack faster.
A calm way to introduce it at home
- Pass the parent math gate yourself before inviting your child into Settings.
- Treat Report a Problem as a trust tool, not an alarm—one clear description beats a frustrated rant.
- Prefer screenshots when the issue is visual; skip them when a short sentence is enough.
- Add email only when you want a reply; leave it blank for anonymous feedback.
- Pair this with Parent Notes when the issue is “how do I coach this?” rather than “something is wrong”—Notes coach play; Report flags product problems.
